the newspapers, which for some reason has been stacking themselves next to the sink, are all full of dread. and i keep reading them in the hope that i might find something that will take my attention away from the fact that the gas is leaking out all over the house. the carpets are rotten and smell like things that was said yesteryear. everybody seems to be singing the same tune, with not a care in the world, even if it don't rhyme or add up in the end....."

lazy summer days

thats it. vacation is now officially over. i have been to denmark, to put up my legs and hang my head and hat, practicing the subtle art of looking at the sky doing nothing. so far so good. it became a very well known trainride to familiar streets and faces and three weeks of sitting making up new things from the pieces of old ones. i finished three sketchbooks, went motorcycle riding with E and sailing with the family. painted a banner, drank coffee and arak, walked the dogs and went swimming, got let in to the basement of a museum to look at denmarks second largest print collection, and then i went to look at the water. some things broke, some got mended, and i am now in a strange place trying to assemble the pieces, looking at what i got....

anyways, here is some pictures from the street, because thats where its happening, eh?
